ABOUT YARA PILBARA
Situated on the scenic Burrup Peninsula, Yara Pilbara operates one of the world’s largest ammonia production facilities, supplying fertiliser to support global agricultural needs. Adjacent to the fertiliser plant is the Technical Ammonium Nitrate Plant, which produces essential products for the Australian mining sector.
Yara Pilbara is also progressing initiatives to support the development of renewable hydrogen in the Pilbara.

This traineeship offers the opportunity to gain practical experience within Yara Pilbara’s Human Resources and Training team while completing a nationally recognised qualifications.
Working alongside experienced HR and training professionals, you will support a range of activities across recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, training coordination and employee engagement.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, is organised, has strong attention to detail and wants to build a career in HR or business administration.

To be successful, you will have:
